- What does Mas Tour du Monde mean ?

Mas is the French word to designate a traditional Southern French manor farm. The two holiday homes are located in a secluded part of our traditional manor farm with courtyard and wine cellar.
Tour du Monde means travel around the world. This is the theme with which the holiday homes are furnished linked to our work as cabin crew at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines,

- What is included in the rental price ?

Including:

  • Water, gas and electricity
  • Bed linen, 1 tea towel, 1 kitchen cloth and 1 towel for inside use (1 times provided per rental period)
  • Wifi internet
  • Use swimming pool
  • Use washing machine
  • Tourist tax


Exclusive:

  • Mandatory cleaning fee of 50 euros
- What is the local climate ?

As a subproviny of Provence, the Vaucluse has an average of 300 sundays a year. From May to October, the average temperature is above 20 degrees.

- what is the travel distance to us ?

By air

  • KLM/AirFrance offers intercontinental connections via Amsterdam and Paris to Marseille airport at 120 km distance of us.
  • From the major cities in Europa there are several airlines with flights to Marseille.
  • Avignon airport, at 50 km distance, offers direct flights to the UK cities of London, Birmingham and Southhampton. They also offer connecting flights to Belfast, Dublin, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Jersey, Guersney and Edimbourg.

- Is it busy around the Mont Ventoux ?

The area around the Mont Ventoux is a popular holiday destination. This means that in the high season there are many tourists. We advise you if you want to visit a Provençal market, for example, to avoid the biggest crowds by 10 o'clock. The Vaucluse consists of 60% of forest so there are endless possibilities to go for a walk through narrow roads and hiking trails along old villages and olive and vineyards.
